Heading to Maryland for the weekend to hike a trail. Hope to have pic when we return to put up on our web site.

We did get out hiking on Sunday, hiked up around Ravensburg on the MST. Hope to do a little today but for now I have to head off to work.

I did get out hiking on Sunday and planning on hiking and or biking over the holiday weekend. Need to get things update I hope this weekend also. Sheena, we hope will be here over the weekend. We'll have to wait and see.

Did a hike today, starting from McCalls Dam. Hiked the Rocky Corner Trail, we made it off the ridge before the thunder storm. After that it did clear of and near the end get sunny! This hike was 4.3 miles with one big climb at the start. Hiking or biking next weekend! :)

Woke up at 5:00 am this morning? Last night, after dinner when we got home I put in the Matrix. I fell asleep half way throughout it and went to bed about 11:30 PM. So far this morning I burned 4 CD's and did the bathroom. Tom is to call around 8:30 this morning to see about going hiking. It rained last night and is wet out now, but I'll still go hiking! If we do we'll do a loop at RB again different then yesterday but in the same area.

The Phantom of the Opera, is one of the CD's I have in playing right now. Going to plan a trip to go to New York to see it this summer sometime. I'll check with AAA and Trailways to see who has the best deal. If every weekend was like the NY Bike trip we could drive to NY and take the ferry into NY city? But not sure, so a bus trip will be better for this trip!

Did a hike today, up at RB Winter State Park. The fire tower trail, it was about a 6 + mile hike and we covered it in 3 hrs and 50 mins. A nice work out, plus I got stung by something? :( Hope to do a hike tomorrow also, if it doesn't rain? Looking forward to doing a backpack trip very soon. Black forest or MST? Just want to get out and get out soon!

Need to jump into the shower, going out with friends for dinner. Celaberating, Morthers day, Adrias graduation , Tea's birthday and my birthday! :)

It has rained all these week so far but I was able to get mowing done yesterday just before a T-storm. One lawn to do still, maybe tomorrow?
Planning on hiking this weekend. Not sure where, thinking about the LT. We'll have to see what the weather brings for the weekend.

Made it back from New York but , not with out a few problems. The ride went good and no one got hurt. I about 12 miles into the ride had a chain problem, but got it fixed. Started to ride to find Tea & Michele ahead of me, then the tire had a blow out! I took the tire of got the tube out and went to put the spare in. Dry rotted, the tube was shot. So, then I was going to have to patch the hole in the tube I took off. The tire cement was dried up and no good. One of the marshals on the ride gave me a tube and I put it in. Then went to pump the tire up and my pump was not working? Another marshal had a foot pump for me to use. We started pumping the tire up and seen there was a split in the side wall of the tire! It was a little over a mile to the first rest station and there I could get a new tire, so I started to jog the mile, hope to not lose more time then I had to. Had a new tire put on and raced out a head just in case I was close to any of the cut offs., but wasn't. Caught, Tea & Michele at the third rest stop around mile 20. We finished the ride at 3:00 PM, two hours earlier the the last time we did this ride in 2000. If not for the tire problems we could have been done around 2:00pm?
Tired now but, have fun!

Just up and getting ready to head off to New York city. Was able to sleep for about four and a half hours last night. As of right now, I feel rested up and ready to do the 42 miles we have ahead of us. Hope for a good day and a safe ride!

Well, if I'm to go hiking in the morning I should get to bed. Tea has the clock set for 4:00 AM this morning, so off to bed I should be!

With the work week done, all but the mowing. I'll be ready for hiking and biking this weekend. Tomorrow we'll be getting up at four in the morning. Tom & Kay will be coming over at 8:00 AM to pick us up for breakfast and then go on a hike. We'll then try to get a few hours of sleep before Sunday because we are getting up at 1:00 Am to head to New York city. We are going to do a bike ride there called " Bike New York" it's a 42 mile ride.

This weekend is the opening weekend for X-men! I'm not going to get there to see it this weekend but, I will next weekend! The" Matrix reloaded" is opening in a few too! It's going to be a very COOL movie! A must see!

Also, I hope to be getting another computer this weekend too? Or, next week if he did not sale it. This will give me a computer to try out new things on. PLus, I'll not have to worry about frying our main computer! Looking forward to playing around on it soon, I hope.
