Did a 16.5 mile bike ride today. The ride had a few hills but made for a good work out. Next week is the New York bike ride. It will be a 42 mile ride, just hoping the weather is nice and not to hot. We rode out by Tina's making a loop then back home the way we started. We'll do this ride again, because it makes for a good work out!

Bought a new camera last night. The Kodak LS 443 digital, so far cool little cam. It's a 4 MP with a 3x zoom also has video too. Learning how to work it now and now to get the photos on to the computer. I did find one thing out, to have the camera set on the best photo setting. The photos are huge, up to 11mb in size! This is to big to move online for putting up on a web page or sending in mail. On the lowest setting a photo runs about 1.55mb, I found I can get a small size working the photo in one of the photo editing programs I have, then saving from there. Not sure how many photos I can take at one time but I thing on the lowest sitting I'll get over 400 photos before I would be out of space.
I also printed a photo I took on the camera and it turned out good! But, I'll upload for print to save on ink! Uploaded one to our web page to, to see how it worked?

Raining out side now, I'm not sure if we'll hike or what right now? But this evening we are going to Tom & Kay's for dinner and a movie. That reminds me I need to mail them to let them know we'll bring desert!

The sun finally made a showing. But, as you see I'm inside on the pc. Installing windows 95 and windows 98 on CD!
Also, Acad14 program too. Not sure what it is but will find out then.
Hope to buy a digital camers this weekend. If I do I'll be taking it to New York next weekend for "Bike New York" bike ride.
Didn't hear from friends about hiking this weekend? If, their unable to go Tea and I will still do one of the two.
Have to go help with supper.

Yesterday, we went to get our passports. Costing $180.00! But I guess you need one to travel overseas.
Mowed grass in town for the first time this year. Not ready to start mowing!

Well, finally I have "Red Hat 8" installed and working. I have it running through Virtual PC. So far, this program is great! I may have to buy before my 45 days run out. I'm not sure if I'll be able to install Windows 98 on here? I'll try later.
Bed time now, have to get up for work at 4:00AM!

I down loaded "Virtual PC" last night and now trying to load "Red Hat 8" for the third time. There is a Red Hat 9 out as of last week. I don't have it yet but would like to get then. I hope I can get this working and if so I'm going to buy the software. After I get Linux loaded I'm going to try to load "Windows 98"

Didn't get to hike at RB today instead we went over to the lake and hike 5 miles around the lake.
Supper on the table. :p

Worked seven hours today. This gives me 54 hours for the week.
Ran to the Mall to check out digital cameras and pocket pcs.. Seen what I want now just have to talk Tea into letting me get them! I know I will in time. :) After the Mall we ate at Country Cupboard for dinner from there home.
Have to clean the bathroom and then movie time!
Planning for tomorrow morning a hike up at R.B. Park. Need to get in shape because I feel as though I'm out of shape. Plus, two weeks till New York bike ride. Hoping for no rain and not hot!

Getting ready for work, have to be there at 5:00AM . Not sure how long I'm going to be working? Can work up to 7 hours today and working 5 hours on Monday.
Went to see "Anger Mamagement" last night! Tonight I have a rental to watch, "The Transporter" looks as to be a good movie. Not sure what else I'll be doing today yet? We'll see after work.

Didn't go biking yesterday, but did go on about a two mile walk. When we walk in town we stick to the hills, more of a work out! Hope to do a hike or bike over the Easter weekend. I have to work Saturday and maybe Monday for about 5 hours each day. So, I'll be home by 10:30AM and then head out. :)
Rented for Saturday night "The Transporter" on DVD, looks like a good movie.

After work, I went up to a friends to see about speeding up their computer. Still needs work but running better now.
I came home over the mountain on forest roads and seen two deer on the way back home. Thinking maybe, about getting up to do trail work this week? It needs it, mostly on the pipe line.
Going biking after work tomorrow. Planning on doing about 15 miles because we have a 42 mile ride in New York the first Sunday in May that we need to get in shape for. I don't think we'll have a problem doing the ride, but riding now will not hurt. :)

Just got back from a mountain bike ride up in Pine Creek. We did 30.1 miles in 2 hours and 49 mins.. Freezen, when we started this morning. But, turned out to be a nice day. Hope to do a ride this week some time? We'll have to see how work goes?

Here at my sister-in-laws baby sitting. I picked up movies for this evening. Tom & Kay are coming over as soon as we get home. Red Dragon & Made in Manhattan on DVD are tonights movies! Hoping, Cindy is home soon.

A warm and sunny morning! Took a ride up the in to the mountains to see how the first day of trout was going. Not to many people out on the lower half of the creek. PACKED on the upper half. Not too many fish being caught as far as I could see. Talked to a few and their saying the creek is up and running fast. Walking along the banks of the creek on the first day of trout and not being wall-to-wall people is nice. But, I'm not fishing.
Headed up to see about new boots. Oh, boy!

It's late or early depending on how you look at it. But, I'm going night, night! Need to get up in a few hours! :(

I picked up my moutain bike from the shop and now all set for New York! Doing a 42 mile ride in NY City May 6th, 2003.
Trout season starts this weekend? I'm again not going this year. But, if I don't work I'm going to walk the creek to see how people are doing?

I dropped off my mountain bike at the shop this evening. Hope to pick up tomorrow?
I hope I could pick up the new bike I want, but have to wait. The bike I want is a Cannondale. I plan to have for a trip by the end of May!

Maybe, I'll finish the roll while riding mountain bike up in Pine Creek.
I'll try, if I don't work late to take my bike to the shop for a new shifter before the weekend. I'll need to do this if not this weekend by the end of the month. We'll be in New York doing a 42 mile bike ride in New York city.I should just buy a new one! But, I 'll keep saving rather then take the money out of the savings account.

Just up and looked outside. Four inches of snow! Winter not over yet here, but not good for the robin's.
